Regular Service Scheme Discounts

Here at CSG we recognise the importance of keeping you the customer happy. We hope we do this in the first instance by excellent service; and by the many letters of thanks we receive each year it would seem we don’t do such a bad job. We also hope that on the odd occasion when things do go wrong we quickly put them right.

We also like to reward our customers for their continued support by the way of discounted rates for regular empties.

Our Regular Service Scheme (RSS) discounts are usually 10% cheaper than our standard rate and are available when you have you sewage system emptied regularly (at least once a year). Being a Regular Service Scheme customer also allows you to take out our insurance scheme policy (subject to conditions), which provides support out of normal working hours, Bank holidays and weekends, but at RSS rates.

The RSS scheme gives you peace of mind (you don’t have to remember to book your clearance).
